What are your business hours?

Our hours are:

Saturday: 9 am - 2 pm Holiday hours may vary.
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 6 pm

Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery services at select locations.

What types of alterations do you provide?

Our alteration services include hem adjustments, waist adjustments, sleeve alterations, tapering, zipper and button repairs, custom tailoring, and bridal/formal wear alterations.

Do you offer services for wedding gowns and formal wear?

Yes, we provide expert cleaning and preservation for wedding gowns, evening gowns, tuxedos, and other formal attire.

Do you clean household items?

Yes, we clean household textiles such as drapes, curtains, bedspreads, comforters, pillow cushions, and upholstery covers.

What is your turn around time?

In store orders, 2 days. Select locations for delivery orders are either next day or 3 days. Special items such as wedding gowns, household items, and leather is 1-2 weeks.

Do you take back hangers?

Yes! We can provide you a free hanger box to make it easy for you. Otherwise, when you come to drop off your clothes, please leave them with us. Also, we recycle polybags. For any pick/delivery orders just place them in your pickup bag along with your clothes.
